Several weeks ago TISIRI's Joe Kistel encountered this sea turtle with only three flippers while scuba diving an artificial reef site offshore Jacksonville Florida. Even though the turtle most likely lost the flipper from a shark attack or entanglement hazard earlier in life, he seemed to be doing well.
